The Thermal Journey is a unique experience that allows you to indulge in a range of heat rooms, plus a hydrotherapy pool, outdoor infinity pool, and a tranquil “serenity pool” in a low-lit relaxation room. Allow three hours to enjoy the facilities before heading off for treatments. The treatment menu includes face and body therapies from Decléor & Neom with manicures and pedicures from OPI. Our new range of Signature treatments offer exclusive and bespoke luxury created by us especially for you.
To complete your sensory journey our sumptuous award-winning spa restaurant serves freshly prepared food from an exquisite menu. Our floor to ceiling windows gives a panoramic view of not only the rolling countryside but the outdoor terrace.

Our ultimate treatment would have to be the Signature Paradise escape – a full 1 hour 45 minutes of pure indulgence. After our aromatic foot ritual your body will be exfoliated to restore radiance and ensure the softest smoothest skin. A relaxing full body massage with our 100% raw coconut oil ensures your skin is completely nourished. Your hands and feet will be enveloped, with a warm, comforting mask whilst you enjoy a blissful neck and scalp massage. A truly exquisite experience.

Our all-weather Terrace Bar, located within the thermal experience, offers an alternative to Bertram’s restaurant with an exciting Tapas menu and full cocktail bar, relaxing never tasted so good.
